Find a Person

So, I have been trying to find people in my area. I feel like I don’t even know my neighbors, which I think is totally sad. They all seem nice, and I feel that the occasional smile is not enough. I want to know these people; I mean we live so close, it’s just silly. So, I discovered Meetro! It’s awesome. It’s an instant messaging client and a social network, but it has a people locator. It knows where you are and finds people in your area. I have made so many new friends in my area through Meetro. Me and the other people who are on it are trying to put up flyers for other people in our neighborhood to join so that we can have everyone on it! Besides Meetro, I have found a good blog on how to find people, and I found a great site called People Search Digest that has a bunch of up to date info on the people search world. Hello people.  I’m leaving to go jump on a plane in about a half hour, but since I had some free time before the plane boards, and this airport’s wifi is so affordable, I thought I’d update my blog before I went.  I don’t have a lot of time so I’m going to cut right to the quick, and give you my recommendations for this month without further adieu:

So I realize that last one has nothing to do with people search, background checks, reverse phone search, or even how to find a person in even the most vague sense, but it struck me as so funny, I couldn’t help recommending it.  There are a lot of funny things on that site, so you’ll probably want to just go ahead and check the whole thing out if you’ve got the time.  Speaking of time… I’ve just decided I want to grab a coffee before I jump on the plane so I’m going to close this up, and get in the line at Starbucks.  See you all when I get back!

Wow, I can’t believe it’s been over a month, since my first post. I sure wasn’t planning on waiting a month before posting in my Find A Person Blog, time flies by so fast! For my second post, I thought I’s update you all on the people search blogs and sites I regularly use to gain people search knowledge. First off I regularly check out Find People, it has excellent people search tips. People Searches is also a great people search resource. Has some great people search engine recommendations. My latest hobby is family tree building. I am researching my family genealogy and have been using My Family Story
to do it.

Welcome all to my first post. I’ve always wanted to start a blog but have been trying to figure out what to dedicate it to, or more simply put what it should be about. I have chosen to blog about people search and how easy it is to find people online using people search engines. People searching started off as a hobby for me after planning my school reunion. I used various people search engines to find my old classmates and got hooked. I now consider myself an expert in the field, so thought I should share my wealth of information gathered…
